Two separate walks covering levels 1 and 4 every Thursday morning at 10am.

Level 1 is a gentle walk that takes between 30-45 minutes and is over flat ground with no stiles.

Level 4 will include occasional stiles and gradients and takes a minimum of 90 minutes.

We meet at the Methodist Church in Coopers Court Road.

Parking and refreshments available nearby.

• Cost: Free
• No booking required, just turn up on the day
• Suitable for: Level 1 - Adults with general mobility. Walk is over flat ground with no stiles up to 45 minutes. Level 4 - Adults who have good mobility and can manage stiles and gradients.
