How we allocate your child's place
Once we receive your form, your child will be added to the paid-for transport waiting list. We regularly review and offer any spare seating available. There is no need to contact the team to check progress of your application.
Your child’s place is not guaranteed. Due to the amount of applications we receive, if you do not keep up to date with your payments your place may be offered to another child. See the Terms and Conditions of Transport.
Payment must be made before your child travels.
Paying for your school bus pass
Pay securely using your debit or credit card. You need your Routewise customer number (the 4 or 5 digit reference number on your letter).
The first time you buy from us you will need to create an account. This means you can check the progress of your payment and speed up future payments.

Refunds / Cancellations
Under the revised terms and conditions for a paid-for transport place, if a Direct Debit is cancelled or a refund requested for a paid-for transport place that you no longer require, you will need to pay for the remainder of the full term that you cancel in or have paid for. Where you have opted to pay for your place on a half termly basis and do not renew your place, you will not be required to pay for that second half term.

Paid for places fares for academic year 2016-17
Following a review of the 2015/16 fares, there will be a small 5% increase to the annual fares, following these being held static over the past two years. This has then been apportioned across the termly and half termly fares with the admin charge added to these to cover the production and sending out of the additional passes throughout the year.
The current fares for this academic year (2015/16) will remain live on the website for those still paying for places for this academic year and the new fares will apply for places being purchased for the academic year September 2016 – end of July 2017.
